The Customer Service Representative (CSR) serves as a key point of contact for DTS Fiber customers. This role is responsible for answering inbound calls, scheduling service appointments, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring customers receive timely, accurate, and friendly support.
Key Responsibilities
• Answer incoming phone calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
• Schedule, confirm, and update service and installation appointments
• Coordinate with technicians and internal teams to ensure timely service delivery
• Accurately document customer interactions, service requests, and updates in company systems
• Assist customers with basic account questions, service information, and troubleshooting
• Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved and expectations are met
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through clear communication and problem-solving
Qualifications & Skills
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous customer service, call center, or office experience preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple customer requests
• Comfortable using computers, phone systems, and scheduling software
• Team-oriented mindset with a positive, customer-first attitude
