Description
The purpose of this class is to inform caregivers how to care for a loved one suffering from Alzheimer's disease or dementia, as well as to handle common behaviors associated with the disease.
Objective: Understand and know how to deal with common behaviors associated with Alzheimer's disease or dementia.
Provide care for a loved one including daily activities such as personal care.
Recognize the signs of depression and understand the person who cares for someone with Alzheimer's disease or dementia is at risk for depression.
