Stormwater Program Manager Courtney Walker will be presenting on the Johnson Lane Area Drainage Master Plan Implementation\, Numbers Fire Pinenut Creek debris flow/sediment basin project\, and the Ruhenstroth Area Drainage Master Plan and floodplain mapping update project. The presentations will be posted online and a link will be provided following the event on the Douglas County YouTube Channel.\n\nDouglas County Stormwater Staff\, East Fork Fire Protection District\, Carson Water Subconservancy District\, and River Wranglers\, will be on site and available to answer a variety of flood related questions. FEMA National Flood Insurance Program\, National Weather Service\, and the Nevada Division of Water Resources will be available virtually to answer questions related to flood insurance\, state programs and the upcoming winter forecast.\n\n"Every year we take this opportunity to partner with our local and state agencies to bring the most current information and issues about flooding to residents of Douglas County\," said Douglas County Stormwater Program Manager\, Courtney Walker.
