Katie's, the Carson Valley Inn's 24-hour restaurant and CV Steak, the Inn's Nevada-style steakhouse, are offering their regular menus plus specials on Valentine's Day, Monday, February 14.
CV Steakis open from 4:30 p.m. Wednesday through Sunday and also for Valentine's Day dinner on Monday, February 14. The CV Steak regular menu features a selection of appetizers and a generous range of entrees including steaks, chops, seafood, chicken and pasta dishes. CV Steak is also offering two Valentine's Day Specials: Three Quarter Pound Smoked Buffalo Prime Rib with apple horseradish sauce, au jus, mashed sweet potatoes and vegetable for $32.00 and Sautéed Veal Medallions topped with crab meat and fresh asparagus and served with béarnaise sauce and veal glace for $29.00. Both specials include house salad tossed table side, choice of au gratin, baked or twice-stuffed baked potato and Red Velvet Cake. CV Steak's special Valentine Dessert for Two is a Chocolate Mousse Chantilly for $9.00. Reservations are recommended in CV Steak by calling 775-783-6650.
Katie'sis serving its regular menu all 24-hours on Valentine's Day plus The Couples Surf and Turf Special from 4 to 10 p.m. This dinner for two includes slow-roasted prime rib of beef and king crab legs served with baked potato, fresh vegetable, choice of soup or salad, Strawberry Raspberry Mousse dessert and a bottle of Carson Valley Inn Champagne – all for $39.99 per couple.
