Thanksgiving Dining at the Carson Valley Inn

Thanksgiving dinner specials will be offered in CV Steak and Katie's at the Carson Valley Inn on Thursday, November 25. Both restaurants are also serving their regular menu choices on Thanksgiving Day.
 
CV Steak, the Carson Valley Inn's Nevada-style steak house, is open for dinner on Thanksgiving Day from 1 to 9 p.m.  The Diestal Farms Wood-Roasted Tom Turkey special is served with giblet pan gravy, sage-apple and herb dressing, mashed potatoes, bourbon-maple candied yams, fresh green beans, creamed mushrooms, French fried onions and cranberry sauce.  The Stuffed Fillet of Sole special includes crab, shrimp and scallops topped with Béarnaise sauce and served with rice pilaf and fresh vegetables.  Both CV Steak Thanksgiving specials are $21.95 ($8.99 for children under 10) and both include table-side tossed salad and choice of pumpkin or apple pie for dessert.    Reservations are strongly recommended for Thanksgiving Day in CV Steak.  Please call 775-783-6650. 
 
Katie's, the Inn's 24-hour coffee shop, is offering two Thanksgiving Day specials from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m.  The Roast Tom Turkey dinner is served with giblet gravy, traditional bread & herb stuffing, whipped potatoes, candied yams, green beans and cranberry sauce for $12.99 ($5.99 for children under 10).  The Virginia-Style Baked Ham Thanksgiving Dinner is served with pineapple raisin sauce, wild rice pilaf and roasted carrots for $8.49 ($5.99 for children under 10).  Both Katie's Thanksgiving entrees include choice of fresh garden salad or corn chowder plus a dessert of pumpkin or apple pie.
