Honoring Outstanding Douglas County Graduating Seniors:
Awarding: Twenty (20) $1,000 Scholarships
Who is eligible for this scholarship: student must be a resident of Douglas County, NV.
Must qualify with the following criteria:
* Turn in Application form filled out with the following added to packet -
* Personal Letter stating a story of what the student values in life
* Academic Excellence - students must have a 3.0 G.P.A.
* Athletic Commitment - students participates to fullest of their ability in team sports, individual sport, or competitive recreational activities ( band, martial arts, etc.)
* Community Service - students have volunteered their time to make Douglas County a better place - School clubs, Girl/Boy Scout, helping a neighbor, volunteer with community organization, etc.)
