Learn what to put in your winter wellness toolkit with this fun and informative workshop featuring Anna Pageau of Silver Anchor Farm. Products derived from lavender and other natural ingredients will be used in this workshop. Essential oils and hydrosols can be the perfect addition to your winter wellness toolkit. Throughout this workshop, explore different plants that can support your immune system through cold and allergy season. The workshop will conclude with creating a custom-made aromatherapy inhaler.
