CVMC is celebrating Men's Health Month by offering a FREE series of blood tests (valued at over $150) designed to give you an overall picture of your health.

BLOOD TEST INCLUDES:

A1C Diabetes Screening
Lipid Panel
PSA (Prostate Evaluation)
Vitamin D Evaluation

Available Tuesday and Thursdays in June at the Carson Valley Medical Center Lab. Fasting 8-10 hours prior to screening is required. Walk-ins only, no appointment needed.
