With the Town of Minden, the Carson Valley Pops Orchestra is performing a Spring Concert April 16, 2011, under the direction of Elizabeth Eubanks, Conductor. The Pops Orchestra is made up of both amatuer and professional musicans donating their time and talent to provide free concerts for the community.
