Carson Valley Pops Orchestra and the Town of Minden present the Fall Concert in the CVIC Hall on Oct. 5, 2013 at 7 PM. Conducted by Elizabeth Eubanks, the Orchestra is made up of dedicated musicians who donate their time and talent to provide free concerts for the community.
