The Bourbon Street Jazz Band takes over from 7 to 11 p.m. with an upbeat combination of the best of brawny horns and the drive of a world-class rhythm section.  The musicians in this band have played with everyone from Woody Herman to Count Basie.  An evening with the "Bourbon Street Jazz Band" will make you crave the streets of New Orleans.  Break out the Gumbo!
