Carson Valley Inn - Celebrating its 1st Anniversary of the Grand Reopening

The Carson Valley Inn is marking the first anniversary of the opening of its newly-remodeled casino and CV Steak Restaurant on April 15 – 17, 2011.  Mike Pegram and the Carano Family purchased the Carson Valley Inn on January 4, 2010.  A major casino and restaurant remodeling project started the next day and was completed within 3 months. A grand re-opening followed in mid-April of 2010.
 
On Friday, April 15, the Inn will be serving free cake and champagne in the casino from noon to 2 p.m. and again from 6 to 8 p.m.  INN Club members will earn double points (2X) from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. and free anniversary t-shirts will be given away randomly in the casino.
 
Saturday, April 16 will bring INN Club members 5X points for all play from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m.  The anniversary weekend wraps up with a big band concert in the Valley Ballroom on Sunday, April 17.  Shows are at 3 and 6 p.m. and tickets are on sale now for only $15 at the hotel desk.  Click herefor more details.
 
Many more improvements have been made in the months since last April.  The hotel lobby and check-in area and hotel hallways have been completely remodeled.  40 of the standard hotel rooms have been completely redone from floor to ceiling to walls and are now Deluxe rooms.  All seven suites have been completely remodeled and substantially upgraded.  The Convention Center has been recarpeted and also has new wall coverings, ceiling treatments and lighting.  A new Business Center is now available for hotel guests at no charge.
 
The coming months will see even more improvements at the Carson Valley Inn with a new up-scale reception room opening off the hotel lobby in early April.  The front casino entrance will undergo a major revamping providing safer access off Highway 395, additional close-in parking, a casino drop-off area and a more aesthetic curb appeal.  The remaining hotel rooms are also being updated this spring with new flat screen HD TVs, new bedding and new window coverings.  New slot technology and themes have been added throughout the year providing increased variety and the latest selection of game options.
