Sierra Chef Barn Dinner Club
at East Fork Ranch.

Enjoy an evening in the historic barn at East Fork Ranch in beautiful Gardnerville featuring a Winter Grilling Menu from Chef Joe Cereghino, Appetizers and Dessert provided by Sierra Chef and Wine Tasting from Sommelier Jill Dimock featuring wines from Le Moulet Rouge Winery of Amador County, California. You will receive a tasting of each
wine and a full pour of your favorite.

Lighter style of the classic French wine with orange peel,
floral and white pepper notes, with a silky finish

2015 Le Moulet Rouge Tempranillo
Cola and cocoa on the nose with blackberry and
raspberry fruits

Lightly sweet sparkling wine. White chocolate,
almonds and dark cherry juice
