2nd Annual National Public Lands Day 2013

Description

Come out tot he top of Johnson Lane and join other volunteers for a morning of collecting trash and debris on our Public Lands.  Enjoy the outdoors and many access trails in a fun and responsible way, and make a difference to our local environment.

Registration will begin at 8:00 am at the east end of Johnson Lane, just beyond where the pavement ends.  Bring your off road vehicles, 4x4's Jeeps, quads or dirt bikes.  Regular passenger vehicles are not recommended as the roads are bumpy.  Maps, trash bags and bucket will be available.  A trailer for dumping will be provided by Douglas Disposal.  Bring some gloves and sturdy shoes.  Lunch will be provided for registered participants.
