The choreography incorporates hip hop\, soca\, samba\, salsa\, meringue and mambo. Squats and lunges are also included. Students should wear comfortable clothing and tennis shoes\, and bring a towel\, water and a positive attitude! No prior dance experience is required - Zumba is about making friends\, getting a workout\, and enjoying yourself! Classes are held at the WNPAC dance studio\, located at 951 N Stewart St. Our direct line is 775-445-4241.
