DESCRIPTION:The Minden Moo\n\nThe Minden Moo is a two day celebration  of the CVI's 35th Birthday by honoring the long heritage and rich history of ranching and agriculture in te Carson Valley.\n\n\n\nThe Carson Valley Inn and TJ's Corral will serve as the headquarters for the Minden Moo   the CVI's celebration of our 35th Birthday on August 16 and 17\, 2019. The event includes local ranches competing in mechanical bull riding\, horseshoes and a ranch truck show and shine. \n\nAttractions include food\, beer\, line dancing\, live music\, farmer's market and a display of antique tractor and other ranching equipment from local ranchers and collectors.\n\n \n\nThe Minden Moo Timeline \n\nFriday\, August 16: \n\n3:00 PM:  The Food Court opens in the lot adjacent and to the west of TJ's Corral. Bar service will be in TJ's Corral.\n\n5:00 PM:  Bull riding check-in begins in TJ's Corral.\n\n6:00 PM:  Bull riding competition begins in TJ's Corral.  1st place = trophy + $500\, 2nd place = trophy + $200\, 3rd place = trophy + dinner for two in CV Steak.\n\n8   10:00 PM:  Line dancing with DJ and caller Last Resort in TJ's Corral.\n\n10:00 PM:  Enjoy the Kenny Frye Band in the Cabaret Lounge.\n\nSaturday\, August 17:\n\n11:00 AM:  The Minden Moo Food Court\, Sierra Chef Farmer's Market\, Nevada Antique Tractor Show and Ranch Truck Show & Shine start in the lot adjacent and to the west of TJ's Corral. Bar service will be in TJ's Corral. \n\n2:00 PM:  Horseshoe tourney check in begins.\n\n3:00 PM:  Horseshoe tourney begins.  1st place = 2 trophies + $500\, 2nd place =2 trophies + $200\, 3rd place = 2 trophies + dinner for two in CV Steak.\n\n7:00 PM:  Doors open in TJ's Corral for Concert\n\n8:00 PM:  Justin Lee Band entertains in concert.
