DESCRIPTION:Enjoy an evening in the historic Brunelle barn at East Fork Ranch in Gardnerville\, Nevada featuring the musical duo of Ten Dollar Pony\, a local favorite!\n\n			Sierra Chef starts the evening with Applewood Smoked Bacon Wrapped Dates stuffed with Smoked Almonds\, Individual Corn Tortilla Cups with Cowboy Caviar\, and Chili and Garlic Shrimp. Included with your dinner is a glass of red or white wine from Bella Vita Bistro. Additional glasses or bottles may be purchased.\n\n			Bella Vita Bistro will be at the grill serving up BBQ chicken (1/2 a chicken per person)\, roast corn on the cob\, baked potatoes with all the fixings\, sourdough bread with thier famous parmesan butter\, and a fresh green salad.\n\n			We finish up the evening with a gourmet S'mores Station and Farmers Market fresh Peach Cobbler from Sierra Chef.
