One way to achieve that goal is to give employees the tools they need to reach an even higher level of guest service.\n\n \n\nThe Service Spectacular workshop has been designed especially for front-line employees and is based on the premise that the power to improve guest service ultimately rests in the hands of employees.  \n\n \n\nYou will undoubtedly find this workshop to be fun and highly interactive.  This is not the type of training where you can sit back and passively participate in the learning experience.  You will have ample opportunity to apply your newly acquired knowledge in a number of skill-building exercises.  Don't worry!
