For several years\, Douglas County and the VHR Task Force have worked to balance the rights of homeowners who benefit from short term rentals of their Tahoe properties and their Tahoe neighbors who don't rent and can be inconvenienced by renters. With several years invested\, the County's VHR program is maturing and now has a lot of data on the impacts of these type of rentals.\n\nEarnie Strehlow\, the VHR Program Manager will join us to share that data and provide insight on what's been happening.
