SUMMARY:Kiwanis Spring Into Wine & Spirits 2026
DESCRIPTION:Mark your calendars for the Kiwanis Club of Carson Valley's 6th Spring Into Wine & Spirits event scheduled for Saturday\, April 11\, 2026\, in the Douglas County Community and Senior Center's Grand View Dining Room. Doors open from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm.  Classical music by Violinist Cecilia Yale\, gourmet appetizers and desserts will accompany the wine and spirit tasting. This event is typically a "sell-out" and ticket sales are limited. \n\nThis year's event will again feature an impressive silent auction and the popular mystery "Wine in a Bag" raffle. The grand auction this year is an Exclusive Alaskan Excursion for two offered by "The Boat Company" see link below. Other items may include wine tasting packages\, golf packages\, concert tickets\, gift baskets and much more. \n\nAs in the past the gracious and generous support of Raley's - Gardnerville\, Breakthru Beverage NV\, Sierra Chef and Great Basin Brewing help make this event possible. \n\nThe Kiwanis Club of Carson Valley conducts multiple fundraisers annually that support scholarships for Douglas County youth and other worthy initiatives that benefit the wellbeing of local children and families. \n\nThe event ticket is $80.00 per person.
