DESCRIPTION:Health Fest 2016 & TYFS Color Blast 5k:\n\nJoin us on August 20 from 8:30 am to Noon for a FREE family health and wellness fair\, paired with a ColorBlast fun run to benefit Tahoe Youth and Family Services!\nThe Health Fest will take place at Carson Valley Medical Center at the south end of Gardnerville\, offering free health screenings and assessments\, valuable health and wellness resources\, free activities for the kids (including a bounce house and face painting)\, food\, music and great raffle prizes!\n\n\n\n \nServices Offered from CVMC:\nBlood Pressure Checks\n\nBody Composition Analysis\n\nGlucose Screening\n\nNutritional Assessments (do you have recent lab results...bring them!)\n\nLung Health Screening\n\nPhysical Therapy Assessment\n\nFree Chair Massages - Relaxation Station\n\nSenior Mental Health & Wellness Resources\n\n\n\nIn addition\, many of our local Partners in Good Health will be joining us with health and wellness resource booths!
