DESCRIPTION:Gourmet food\, tasty desserts\, cold beer\, shaded eating areas and live entertainment are all on the menu at the Carson Valley Inn Food Truck Festival Saturday\, May 23. The event takes place from noon to 8 p.m. in and adjacent to TJ's Corral\, the Outdoor Events Center at the Carson Valley Inn. \n\n \n\nA variety of food trucks will be serving up everything from gourmet specialties to all-American standards plus desserts and other treats. Among the scheduled participants are Battle Born\, Captain Bob's Root Beer\, Bodawgs Custom Hot Dogs\, Electric Blue Elephant Truck\, Hot & Healthy Foods\, JnJ's Italian Ice\, Los Caporales\, Nevada Nosh Food Truck\, Shanghai Express and Winey Munkies. Plenty of cold beer and soft drinks will also be available at the outdoor bars. Large tents and tables will provide shaded eating areas. An inflatable obstacle course will be available for the kids. Live entertainment with The Blues Monsters runs 1 - 3 p.m. and 5 - 7 p.m.
