DESCRIPTION:The Family Support Council of Douglas County will conduct the 4th annual "Grillin' & Chillin' BBQ and Blues Cookoff" at Minden Park in historic downtown Minden\, NV.\n\nApproximately 20 local backyard amateur grillers will face off as attendees make their rounds from grill to grill.\n\nAttendees can sit in the grass on blankets or bring chairs and listen.\n\nAll proceeds from the event\, including donations\, ticket sales\, beverage purchases/gratuities go toward victims of domestic violence\, sexual abuse and families in crisis within the community.\n\nIt is a family event. Saturday\, July 9th\, 2016. 5-8 pm.
