DESCRIPTION:The Carson Valley Arts Council is bringing back their annual Concert Series. Don't miss the exciting 2023-2024 season! The concert on Friday\, April 5th will feature the ensemble Quarteto Nuevo\, merging western classical\, eastern European folk\, Latin\, and jazz with an organic feel that packs a wallop! Their razor-sharp precision is enhanced by jazzy interludes\, lightly rumbling percussion motifs and mesmerizing rhythms. The performance will take place at the CVIC Hall in Minden. Doors open at 6:00pm\, and the concert starts at 7:00pm. Tickets are $22 for members\, $25 for general audience\, and free for anyone under the age of 18 with a paid adult ticket. Tickets will be available at the Copeland Cultural Arts Center\, 1572 US Hwy 395 in Minden\, online at the Arts Council's official website\, and by phone at 775-782-8207.
