DESCRIPTION:Dear Family and Friends!\n\nOn Friday\, October 6th\, Kaia FIT Carson & Minden will be participating in our national Burpees for Boobs Fundraiser. There are 3.1 million breast cancer survivors in the USA. So for 31 minutes\, I will be busting out as many burpees as possible\, alongside my Kaia sisters.\n\n \n\nA burpee is a full body exercise used frequently at Kaia FIT. It's an exercise consisting of multiple functional movements\, including: squat\, plank\, push-up\, stand-up and jump.  \n\n \n\nOne hundred percent of the funds raised at this event will be routed through iGoPink\, an organization we're honored to partner with for this event.
