DESCRIPTION:Audition Workshop Hosted by the Carson Valley Community Theatre\n\n	Learning to Love a Terrifying Experience:  In this workshop\, the first hour will address do's and don'ts with regards to:  Head Shots\, Resume\, Apparel\, Etiquette and Selection of Material.  The second hour will give everyone a chance to try out an audition monologue or song and get some feedback.  Whether you are an avid community theatre player\, planning a college/company audition in your future\, making the move to a new locale that hosts paying venues or you just want to use these techniques to heighten any artistic experience - then come have some fun with this workshop and hopefully put some of those audition jitters to rest.  Please bring a one or two minute monologue (memorized if possible) and / or 16 bars of an upbeat song (with karaoke style musical accompaniment or sing a-capella).
