DESCRIPTION:Each year\, the Chamber joins with the Business Council of Douglas County and the Northern Nevada Development Authority to present this Joint Breakfast meeting.  For 2016\, we will take advantage of this event to look at the Election results.\n\n\n\nTo do so\, we have assembled a panel of seasoned Northern Nevada political observers who will bring their knowledge and experience to a panel discussion which we are creatively calling...\n\n \n\n"What Now?"\n \n\nOur panelists will include: \n \n\nSeth Richardson\, Political Reporter\, Reno Gazette Journal\n\n\n\nDennis Myers\, News Editor\, Reno News & Review\n\n\n\nAnna Thornley\, President\, Nevada Taxpayers Association\n\n\n\nRobert Uithoven\, President/CEO of J3 Strategies\n \n\nWe will pose questions looking at who the election winners and losers were and why they won or lost. We will also look ahead at the lineup of electeds in the State Legislature for the 2017 session and what the Northern Nevada business community should be prepared for. We'll take your (polite\, civil\, well worded and concise) questions as well.\n\n\n\nJoin us for breakfast (a full breakfast buffet will be served beginning at 7) and the discussion.
