Is the topic for the May General Membership Luncheon. We are arranging speakers; which we expect to include one or two Commissioners (no Open Meeting law violations caused by us), the County Human Resources Director, Carson City Supervisor Brad Bonkowski (Carson City just finished the very same process last month) and we hope to have a representative from Peckham & McKenney, the Professional Search firm hired to identify and recruit candidates for the position. It's also a chance for you to let those speakers know what qualities you want to see in the new County Manager, so we'll provide a means for you to express your opinions.
We're at 1862 David Walley's, in the Gazebo at the South end of the property, and an accurate count of who is going to attend is really important, so please take a moment to RSVP. Marie and her team will do a great job with your lunch and knowing how many to expect helps them a great deal.
Our Business of the Month is Frontier Communications. A lot has been happening with new areas opening for service and improvements within existing Frontier service areas, Marcy and Tyler will be on hand to provide details and of course, the raffle prizes.
