Description
How to Value A Small Business
If you're looking to buy or sell a small business, there are a number of ways to ascribe a dollar value to the operation. Buzz Harris of The Liberty Group will walk through the necessary steps to get to a fair figure.Determining cash flow, understanding the 'multiple' of a business, establishing a value and lastly, structuring a business sale transaction.
Buzz Harris is a graduate of University of Nevada and 35 year resident of the Nevada. He spent 25 years as a public affairs and government relations professional representing businesses in various sectors. He has owned, operated and managed several businesses.
Buzz is a Licensed Business Broker in Nevada.
