Description
The purpose of the Caring for the Caregiver module is to inform caregivers how to take care of their own health while caring for a loved one.
After completing this module, participants should;
- Recognize the signs of caregiver stress.
- Identify ways to make time for themselves.
- Understand how to access help from the community organizations such as respite care.
